All of the first graders went to Rancho El Chorro today for a field trip. There were a lot of wild creatures to learn about. We meet a turkey vulture named Fluffy and a Red Tailed Hawk named Rojo. Carson was in a group with a group from his class which luckily had a lot of his buddies in it! We also got to go on a nature hike by a creek and listen to the sounds of nature! It was a very informative field trip and the kids had a great time!

What a great field trip! I think they go to science camp there in like 5th or 6th grade? Fun!
