Dentist Check up

We went to the dentist for Carson and Brooklyn's check ups. Brooklyn did not let the dentist look at all again. Carson did a great job getting his teeth cleaned!

Happy Mothers day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day! Carson Brooklyn and Jared suprised me with this cute note made with candy and two presents. They had gone shopping with Jared and both picked out a dress for me. Carson picked out a long dress and Brooklyn picked out a shorter dress and they both have green in them! I love how my kids know my favorite color! I am so blessed to have such a great husband and kids!

T-Ball

Carson's T-ball game, we only have two more games! That was a fast season, but really fun!

Brooklyn turns 3!

Brooklyn started out her week with a little treat every day for her birthday week! Then on her birthday I let her pick what we did all day. First when she came down stairs there was a present waiting for her on the kitchen table. When we dropped off Carson at preschool she always wants to stay and play just for a minute. Then she wanted to swing which is her favorite thing to do at the park! Then we did a little shopping and got ready for her party. We had a fun party with lots of friends, family, games, piniata, and of course cake! Her party was at Strother Park here in Arroyo Grande, after the party we went back to our house and had cake and more presents with family! Brooklyn, Carson, Michael and Steven had some fun digging in the cake! Happy Birthday B!

BBQ

We got our first BBQ and I grilled Steak on it tonight. It was so fun cooking out side and the steak was so yummy!!! We love our new grill!

Brooklyn's First Hair cut

I took Brooklyn to get her first hair cut on May 3. We had so much fun sitting in the chairs and Brooklyn got a lollipop. She was so excited and wanted to go back today to get another hair cut. She also kept asking if she still had her hair cut, like it would go away or something. So Cute!!!

Off to the Races!

On Sat. night Jared, Carson, Brooklyn, Kacey Jared's work partner, his son and I went to the races in Santa Maria. I got the kids some ear plugs and Carson loved them and had a great time watching the races. Brooklyn didn't mind the ear plugs but she was really tired and fell asleep in my arms during a race. I really don't know how she did that because it is so loud! It was a fun night out with the kids. Nana stayed home with Ashlyn so that I could go along!

T-Ball Game

Carson had a t-ball game on Sat. morning. It is always so fun to watch him play! He got to be catcher for one inning, and he thought that was pretty cool!

More Zoo!

We went to the Santa Barbara Zoo on Thursday. I really love that zoo, the animals are neat and there is a fun grass hill that the kids love to slide down and a rope spider web to crawl around on. The zoo has two new giraffes. They are only 2 years old and their other one is 20 years old!
