Brooklyn's First day of Preschool
We love our puppy!
Bonfire at the Beach
Kayak fun!
Last weekend we borrowed the Lange's Kayak and headed out to Morro Bay. It was a little cold but a lot of fun! At first we all paddled around for a little bit but Ashlyn was not happy for some crazy reason so we got out. Carson and Brooklyn got to take turns with Jared. We were lucky because there was a park right by the water that we played at while we waited for the boys.

Carson's First Day of Kindergarten
Carson started Kindergarten Wed, August 18. We got our letter in the mail that told us which class he was in and his teachers name. So on Wed. we got ready and took our time because he had afternoon Kindergarten. At around 11am I got a call from his school asking where Carson was. They had switched him to the am class and did not even call. So we rushed over to the school for the last hour of class. Carson did not really care that much that he didn't really get to go to school on his first day of Kindergarten but I was really disapointed!!! I have anticipated this day for a really long time and it is a big stepping stone in Carson's life. So I didn't even get the chance to cry because it was all so rushed. Oh well. He went for his second day today and had a fun day. We are so proud of Carson and all that he has accomplished!

Our New Baby Boy
We got a new baby boxer this weekend and he is the most adorable little guy ever! We named him Grady (the boy name we never got to use for our kids!) We are all really excited to have a new puppy and I am a little tired! It is like having a newborn again, waking up in the night! I don't mind, I love him anyways! Grady is the puppy with the black collar and the one with the red is his sister Daisy, my little bro Steven's new puppy! It will be fun having his sis close so they can play together!

Pirates ahoy!
Our friend Jackson had his 4th birthday party on Sat. Julie did a wonderful job planning it all out. A treasure map lead them in to the bathroom where there were tons of fun pirate dress up things. The next treasure map lead to stick the eye patch on the pirate and then a fruit loop necklace, next a treasure hunt and the next to cupcakes! They had a pirate pinata too! It was a really fun party! Happy Birthday Jackson!
