Jared's Brother Jeff came home from his mission on Thursday, October 21. We drove to Bakersfield, met up with his parents for dinner and then off to the airport to pick up Elder Waldram. His plane arrived right on time and it was a very happy reunion! We headed home and Elder Waldram showed us all of his souviners that he brought home from Honduras. He got some really cool things and he also told us some really interesting experiences that he had. The next day we were up early for some crazy reason/kids :) We went down to Bakersfield and Elder Waldram was released from his call as a full time missionary. For lunch Jeff wanted to go to olive garden and it was delicious. Jeff even got to use his Spanish skills and invite our waitress to go to church. We hung out the rest of the day back at the house and did the same for most of the day on Sat. On Sat. evening we went over to Charlie's son Ben's birthday party. He turned 5, and had a costume party. After the party we went back, put the kids to bed and played some pirates dice. Tonia and Ammon came to Tehachapi so we got to spend a little bit of time with them and meet Damon! We are so excited to have Jeff home and so thankful for his service to the Lord!

Our Weekend
We took a little weekend trip with our friends Julie and Ryan to Las Vegas. We went to the Las Vegas Temple, it is so beautiful! I love the sweet spirit we are able to feel in the temple! We got to sleep in and watch the Bellagio water show and shop in the shops! I love Sephora! I went with Jared in the afternoon to get some make up and I got to have my make up done and then later that night Julie and I went again and got some new make up on! Such a fun store! Also at Planet Hollywood we got to see Mike Tyson! We were like maybe 10 feet away, he was signing autographs for $100. We passed on that but it was pretty cool to see him live and in color! Spiderman and Ironman were hangin out on the strip too so I got a quick picture for Carson! We had some good eats at PF Changs, and Outback! It was a very relaxing weekend! Oh not to mention all of the football that we got to watch!!! :)
Fall field trip
Carson's class had their first field trip last week. We went to the Avila Barn. We took a fun tractor ride out to the pumpkin patch, each kid got to pick two pumpkins. It was so funny because the large pumpkins were way to heavy for the kids and some of them were literally falling over! They have a really awesome hay maze to run through, I could not help my self, I was running through it with all the kids, it was so fun! All the kids had a great time!
Hair Do!
Gymnastics
The kids love Gymnastics! Brooklyn's class is not as long as Carson's so we find ways to entertain ourselves while we wait! It is so fun to Carson do all of the big boy stuff! He got moved up to level 3=4 so he is the smallest and youngest boy in his class! Brooklyn is so cute, always bouncing around and smiling and waving every time she gets a chance!

The Weekend
This weekend Grandma and Grandpa came to visit, they brought the kids some fun Halloween treats! Friday we had dinner and played a few games. On Sat. we hung out and then in the afternoon Carson had a soccer game, he was excited that Grandma and Grandpa got to come watch him! We played some more games sat. night and then church on Sunday. We all had a great visit, I am not really sure where my camera was the whole time because I only had soccer pics from the whole weekend! Weird!
